pWe are currently looking for a bProject Control Manager /b. The selected candidate assists the Project Manager (PMN) to complete the project on time and within the approved budget. /ppOutlines and organizes the most suitable control system of the project to reach the objectives in accordance with the requirements of the contract. It supports the decisions of the Project Manager (PMN) providing all the information needed to promptly identify any trend not favorable and to initiate immediate corrective actions. /ppCreate an atmosphere of program / cost awareness among all project participants. Organize and maintains the best integration between the planning and cost control functions making sure that every activity is carefully planned and controlled in terms of time, budget and resources. /ph3Duties and Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and maintain the Project Control System, including the Project Control Plan and relevant procedures. /liliCoordinate and supervise Project Control Engineers, Planners, Cost Controllers, and Quantity Surveyors. /liliDefine the WBS and CBS in accordance with corporate standards and contractual requirements. /liliSupervise the preparation of the Project Baseline, project schedule, Critical Path Analysis, S-curves, and resource histograms. /liliMonitor project progress, costs, productivity, and resource utilization across all project phases. /liliCoordinate project reporting and provide regular updates to Project Management and the Client. /liliReview cost reports, budgets, cash flow forecasts, actual and committed costs, Earned Value, and Estimates at Completion (EAC). /liliManage changes, claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) requests, assessing their impact on project costs and schedules.



/liliCoordinate project risk analysis and define mitigation measures for potential deviations. /liliReview payment certificates, invoicing status, accruals, production estimates, and Work in Progress (WIP) analyses. /liliSupport Project Management in key meetings and contribute to project close-out activities and final reporting. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAt least 8-10 years of experience in Project Control, with solid knowledge of project management methodologies, planning, cost control, risk management, and contract management. /liliExperience in managing and controlling EPC projects plant. /liliExpertise in project scheduling, WBS/CBS, baseline definition, Critical Path Analysis, progress measurement, and schedule forecasting. /liliKnowledge of cost control, budgeting, cost estimation, productivity analysis, Earned Value, and KPI monitoring. /liliStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. /liliProfessional English /liliKnowledge of Planning Tools (Primavera P6, MS Project). /liliKnowledge of Company Tools (ERP, Document Management System, Construction Management System, Project Control Standards, etc.). /li /ulh3Place of work /h3pParma, with assignment to projects across Europe. /ppThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
