symbols and brand styles that remain consistent throughout the design process and have a single source of truth for all elements that update entire systems /liliDevelop wireframes, interactions, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma /liliCreate prototypes when delivering design ideas to illustrate different design solutions and test hypotheses /liliCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs /liliPrepare high-quality, developer-ready designs covering most edge cases and ensure smooth handoff to engineering teams, providing specs, assets, and documentation as needed. /liliExplore ways to optimize the design process, including using AI tools, and share findings with the team /liliPresent and explain design ideas to teammates and clients, grounding your rationale in user needs, business goals, and established design principles /liliParticipate Actively in multiple projects simultaneously /liliStay updated with UI/UX standards and guidelines to ensure our applications are intuitive and follow familiar patterns /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAt least 3 years as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio that shows user flows, usability and visual design for established brands /liliExperience designing for AI-driven applications /liliExperience designing responsive mobile and web apps,
