Overview

As Quality Engineering Supervisor, you lead a team of quality professionals to drive process and product quality across multiple production lines. You own internal and customer-facing quality metrics, oversee inspection and NCR investigations, and guide Lean and Quality improvements with CI resources. You’ll hire and develop your team while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other regulatory standards. This role blends hands-on quality assurance with strategic leadership to elevate overall performance.

Responsabilità

- Lead the Quality team to improve manufacturing and service quality metrics for internal and customer-facing outcomes.
- Drive internal production quality by reducing non-conformances and improving DPU and FPY on production lines.
- Steer data-driven improvement projects to boost product/service quality and process robustness.
- Ensure production and process controls align with Lean strategies and quality goals.




- Coordinate with supplier quality initiatives and align with supplier improvement tactics.
- Set and manage objectives to meet key quality metrics in line with overall strategy.
- Lead talent development and knowledge growth within the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5-8 years of Quality Engineering experience.
- 5-8 years in healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industry preferred.
- 5-8 years within a regulated or certified Quality Management System.
- 3-5 years of experience with supplier quality.
- 3-5 years of Lean methods experience.
- ASQ, QSR, or familiarity with QSR/GMP regulations preferred.
- 3-5 years of supervising/leading employees.
