Job purposethe system administrator ensures reliability, security and continuous improvement of qubicaamf's hybrid it infrastructure, focusing on vmware virtualization, windows servers and networking.key responsibilitiesadminister windows servers and azure virtual machines in a hybrid environment.monitor infrastructure availability, performance and capacity; troubleshoot incidents and service disruptions.support patching, system security hardening, vulnerability remediation, backups and restore testing.support infrastructure recovery, business continuity and security incident response.provide internal user support on infrastructure issues.network administration: manage cisco-based lan and wireless infrastructure, switches and access points; troubleshoot connectivity and performance; maintain diagrams and configuration records.virtualization: administer vmware vsphere (esxi hosts, vcenter, vms, clusters, storage, networking); manage lifecycle activities, upgrades, patching, capacity planning, performance tuning and disaster-recovery readiness.contribute to datacenter modernization, assessments and technology refresh projects, coordinating with vendors.maintain documentation, operational procedures, architecture diagrams and asset information; support it governance,
