Manage employee relations and case management end to end; Translate global HR policies into local practices; Ensure compliance with local labor laws; Ensure data quality and update HR IS; Act as liaison between Global HR CoE and local business needs; Support workforce data insights and report; Escalete complex or strategic issues to HR Business Partners. Our Perfect Candidate ~ Degree in HR, business, or a related field; ~3 years in an HR advisory or generalist role within an international,



matrixed organization; ~ Working knowledge of local labor law; ~ Knowledge of HRIS platforms; ~ Track record of translating global policy into local practice; ~ Data literacy and strong attention to detail ~ Effective collaboration across cultures in a global-local model; ~ Preferably advisory and stakeholder management skills. The position offers a gross annual salary starting from 33,000€.
