Overview

In this role you will administer FIDIC Red, Yellow and Silver Book contracts across the project lifecycle, supporting procurement, tender evaluation and contract negotiations. You will review documents, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage notices, variations and EOT-related analyses. You will monitor compliance, manage risk, and assist with claims, disputes avoidance and project close-out. This position suits a detail-oriented professional who contributes to major infrastructure and data center projects within a global real estate environment.

Responsabilità

- Administer FIDIC Red, Yellow, and Silver Book contracts throughout the project lifecycle
- Support procurement, tender evaluations and contract negotiations
- Review contract documents, technical specs and commercial requirements; manage notices, instructions, determinations and correspondence
- Administer variations, change orders and compensation events; assess time and cost entitlements
- Support Extension of Time (EOT) assessments and delay analysis; monitor compliance
- Maintain contract, risk and change logs; identify and mitigate contractual/commercial risks
- Support claims preparation,



evaluation and negotiation; assist dispute avoidance/resolution
- Coordinate with project management, design, legal, commercial and construction teams
- Prepare contractual reports for clients and leadership; support close-out and final account negotiations

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law or related discipline
- 3–5 years in Contract Management, Contract Administration or Commercial Management
- Practical experience with FIDIC contract administration
- Knowledge of claims, variations, EOT and commercial risk management
- Understanding of Data Center construction delivery processes and multidisciplinary design coordination
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Italian; professional English (C1/C2)
- Preferred certifications (FCCM, FIDIC training Red/Yellow/Silver, PMP, CCM, CCP)
