Overview In this role you will lead the design and execution of Technical Utilities systems for Life Sciences projects, ensuring robust utility networks across Europe and internationally. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external consultants, focusing on sustainable design and compliant, safe plant utilities. This position offers hybrid work in Milan and opportunities to influence large pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities. You will help shape world‑leading production and research environments. * Lead design and execution of Technical Utilities systems (chilled water, hot water, glycol, potable water, steam, compressed air, drainage, sewage)
* Support fire protection design
* Perform utilities calculations for generation and distribution networks
* Prepare and review technical documentation (specifications, scopes of work, P&IDs;)
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants across local and international projects
* Focal point for Sustainability activities and design
* Support procurement through technical evaluations and bid analysis
* Collaborate with 3D modeling teams to ensure design integration Requisiti fondamentali
* MSc. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
* Proven experience in Technical Utilities design and engineering of industrial projects of medium and large dimensions
* Strong expertise in utilities generation and distribution design
* Knowledge of design problems and issues related to fire protection system
* Competency in Sustainability design
* Proven experience leading technical teams on complex projects
* Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (PED, ASHRAE, ISO, GMP, EU directives)
* Fluent Italian & good English
