* Active involvement in the structuring and execution of financing transactions with Italian large corporate clients
* Analysis and assessment of companies' business profiles, financial performance, capital structures and credit fundamentals
* Preparation of financial analyses, credit assessments and transaction materials
* Support in structuring tailored financing solutions across loan and capital markets products
* Preparation of client presentations, marketing materials and financing proposals
* Review of term sheets, financing documentation and key transaction terms
* Coordination with internal counterparties, incl. DCM, Syndicate, Rating Advisory, Coverage, and M&A; teams
* Active involvement in internal approval processes, including drafting memos / credit papers
* Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
