Overview As a Data Analyst in Growth & Marketing, you will put data at the center of growth decisions, influencing user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation. You'll partner with marketing, finance, operations, and product to translate insights into actionable recommendations. * Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns across the acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation funnel
* Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product to deliver analyses across the product lifecycle and maximise ROI
* Build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate insights for stakeholders and leadership
* Contribute to the development of a federated data layer (data mesh) via robust data models and pipelines




* Promote AI-powered agentic analytics workflows to accelerate self-service analytics for key stakeholders
* Own end-to-end testing—identification of opportunities, experiment design, and delivery of findings and recommendations Requisiti fondamentali
* 4 years in data-related roles (BI, Analytics, or Analytics Engineering) in high-volume or big data environments
* Hands-on data modelling, ETLs, and data transformation; exposure to Data Mesh is a plus
* Strong SQL and Git skills; experience with dbt and notebook-based analytics is a plus
* Analytical problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and ownership of analytical projects
* Experience with data visualization tools (HEX, Looker or similar) for executive and operational reporting
* Ability to lead initiatives across diverse business domains and translate findings into actionable recommendations
* Awareness of AI tools for data analytics or automation (promotes AI-powered workflows)
* Knowledge of digital consumer lifecycle and unit economics (LTV, CAC, ARPU)
