Job Description
Our Communications Team is looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of rhythm and storytelling to support the editing and post-production of our video content. What will you do?
• Edit video content for digital, social media, and institutional projects using internally produced footage, archive materials, and external footage.
• Translate creative briefs into engaging edits, shaping structure, pacing, and storytelling throughout the editing process.
• Adapt content for different formats and platforms.
• Handle post-production tasks including color correction, audio cleanup and mixing, and music selection.
• Collaborate on the development of new social media content formats by interpreting trends and evolving editing styles. We're looking for you if...
• You have professional proficiency in English.
• You can craft a compelling story from raw footage, not just assemble clips.
• You have a strong eye for pacing, editing choices, and attention to detail, as well as a good ear for sound design.
• You are proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• You understand the editing principles behind social media content, including hooks, video length, subtitles, and platform-specific formats.




• You enjoy staying up to date with digital trends and industry developments.
• You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively within a team.
• You bring a proactive mindset, contributing fresh ideas and solutions. Nice to have
