Role Description The Sistemista Oracle Cloud (OCI) – Infrastruttura, Networking e Database role is a remote contract position focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include provisioning and configuring OCI resources, managing virtual networks and connectivity, and administering databases to ensure high availability, security, and performance. The role involves monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting incidents, optimizing resource usage, and supporting migration projects from on-premise or other cloud solutions to OCI.



The professional in this role will collaborate with development and consulting teams, document technical solutions, and apply best practices for cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery. This position requires proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure stable and reliable cloud operations. Qualifications
• Strong Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) skills, including compute, storage, and identity management.
• Experience with cloud networking concepts such as VCNs, subnets, security lists, VPN, and hybrid connectivity.
• Proficiency in database administration for Oracle databases, including performance tuning, backup, and recovery.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools and automation (e.g., Terraform, scripting with Bash or Python).
• Understanding of cloud security, compliance, access control, and encryption best practices.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools for cloud environments, and incident troubleshooting.
• Ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect or equivalent) are a strong plus.
• Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
