Expath specializes in providing tax and administrative services to international clients living in Italy. We are looking for a Back Office Tax & Client Support professional to join our international team. You will support our Tax Specialists and clients with day-to-day administrative activities, documentation and customer support. What you’ll do ✅ Manage daily Client Support communications and requests ✅ Follow up on ongoing cases and keep clients updated ✅ Support Tax Specialists with the collection and organisation of client documentation ✅ Keep client records and CRM information up to date ✅ Support administrative activities, including invoicing, F24 forms, Intrastat and tax return submissions ✅ Assist with the onboarding of new clients and related documentation What we’re looking for ✔ Excellent written and spoken English,



as all client communication is in English ✔ Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills ✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy ✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills ✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office ✔ Previous experience in administration and/or customer support ✔ Previous experience in an accounting or tax firm is a plus ✔ Candidates based in or around Milan and available to occasionally work from our Milan office will be preferred
