He/she will be involved throughout the entire engineering lifecycle, from concept development and detailed design to manufacturing support, testing, and site installation activities. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, safety, and quality. Developing 3D CAD models using Unigraphics NX and generate/review machining drawings following company drafting standards.

Contributing to continuous improvement through lessons learned and support Design for Manufacturing/Sourcing initiatives. Ensuring that all engineering activities meet quality, safety, and environmental standards and follow internal processes. Master’s Degree (5 years) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited university or college.

Experience with vibration analysis, rotor dynamic analysis and general compressor performance. Familiarity with static and modal analysis with Ansys Mechanical. Knowledge of geometric and dimensional tolerancing (GD&T;), drafting practices and main manufacturing technologies.

Knowledge of Parametric CAD tool (Unigraphics NX) and TeamCenter database. Team player attitude and inclusiveness, combined with good communication skills. Proficiency with English (spoken and written).
