adoption and engagement /liliIdentify friction in existing experiences and propose improvements /liliManage your work through tools such as Jira /liliReview the experience before and after features go live /li /ulh3What You'll Bring /h3ulliAround 2 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design or similar /liliStrong knowledge of UX and UI fundamentals /liliA strong eye for product, including hierarchy, spacing, typography, interaction and simplicity /liliExperience with Figma or similar product design tools /liliExperience with concepts such:ulliComponents and reusable patterns /liliResponsive layouts /liliPrototyping /liliDesign systems /liliDeveloper handoff /li /ul /liliAbility to move from: user flow - wireframe - prototype - final UI /liliBasic knowledge of user research and usability testing /liliCuriosity about user behavior and willingness to talk directly with customers /liliAbility to receive feedback and iterate quickly /liliGood written and spoken English /li /ulh3AI Modern Product Tools /h3pWe increasingly expect Product Designers to go beyond traditional design tools - experience with any of the following is a strong plus: /pulliLovable or similar vibe-coding / AI prototyping platforms /liliAI-assisted prototyping tools /liliClaude /liliUsing AI to explore product ideas, create prototypes or accelerate research /liliBasic understanding of how to turn a design concept into a working interactive experience /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExperience with B2B SaaS /liliFamiliarity with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar or FullStory /liliBasic understanding of activation, conversion and feature adoption /liliExperience working with a Design System /liliExperience collaborating directly with developers /liliKnowledge of eCommerce or operational software /li /ulh3What
