OTB is seeking a Global Customer Insights Senior Analyst to support CRM data governance, segmentation and analytics across luxury brands. You will help maintain a unified customer view and turn data into actionable insights for commercial decisions.
You will work with IT, Marketing and Retail to ensure data quality, develop KPI dashboards and contribute to predictive modeling and engagement programs, including the Loyalty Program, with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
