Responsibilities
Develop and maintain peer-to-peer scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
Identify unmet clinical needs, evidence gaps, and practice changes; document insights for strategy
Support research feasibility, site identification, investigator engagement, and result dissemination
Contribute scientific expertise to non-promotional medical education activities
Execute field medical plan with clear priorities and track progress against objectives
Requirements
University degree in healthcare-related discipline
Postgraduate degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD) highly preferred
Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical industry experience
2 years Medical Affairs experience preferred
Italian language C1–C2 proficiency
English language B2 or above
Valid driver's license
Compensation:
€52,000–€86,365 base
