Lead the Technology Solutions business unit for Merck Animal Health in Italy, managing P&L;, commercial performance, and team development. Report to the Managing Director and drive strategic growth through partnerships, customer engagement, and market expansion.
Responsibilities
Manage Technology Solutions P&L; in Italy and drive sustainable, profitable business growth
Develop and execute local business strategy aligned with regional and global priorities
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing team; foster accountability and collaboration
Build and expand strategic partnerships with technology providers and channel partners
Ensure exceptional customer relationships and operational excellence across the organization
Requirements




Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business, Technology, Life Sciences, or Animal Health preferred
Significant commercial experience in Animal Health, AgriTech, Healthcare, or Life Sciences
Proven P&L; ownership and business growth track record
Experience leading commercial and cross-functional teams
Demonstrated success in strategic partnerships and complex negotiations
Fluent in Italian and English; strong financial and strategic acumen
Valid driving license; ability to travel 75%
Compensation:
€66,** - €112,** base
