What you will do

- Design multichannel digital experiences (apps, web, product ecosystems), from research to final product, leveraging AI-powered tools and capabilities to enhance the design process and user experience

- Turn data, research and interviews into insights and concrete design solutions

- Use and explore generative AI tools and models across the design process, from research synthesis and ideation to prototyping and visual production, turning effective solutions into repeatable design workflows

- Analyze user journeys and touchpoints to identify opportunities to improve the overall experience

- Design interfaces and interaction patterns for AI-powered features, such as conversational and assistive experiences

- Work closely with designers, developers, PMs and stakeholders to define priorities and tasks

- Contribute to the evolution of design systems and UX/UI guidelines.

Within our team, we design user-centric experiences for high-visibility, strategic projects,



turning complex navigation patterns into intuitive interfaces and balancing reliability, performance and usability across large-scale, multi-platform products. You will use generative AI across research, ideation and prototyping, help shape AI-powered features and interfaces, and look at each project beyond the single screen, with attention to the full experience.

What we are looking for

- At least one year of professional experience and collaboration with the team

- Hands-on experience with digital products already released, and the ability to work autonomously on design activities with ongoing team collaboration

- Ability to translate data and UX research into insights and visual solutions

- Knowledge of usability and accessibility principles and standards (e.g. WCAG, EN 301 549, European Accessibility Act)

- Experience in creating moodboards, layouts and concepts for multichannel digital products

- Strong proficiency in Figma, including complex components, variables and libraries

- Familiarity with service design approaches, such as journey mapping, and a view of the experience beyond the single interface

- Practical experience with generative AI tools in design work (ideation, prototyping, visual production), a critical eye on the quality of their output, and the drive to explore new tools and workflows

- Ability to present ideas and projects clearly, including to non-design audiences

- Team work, flexibility, initiative and problem-solving skills

- Compliance with deadlines

You do not need to be an expert in every tool or methodology. We value autonomy, curiosity, a hands-on approach to experimenting with AI,



and the ability to connect user needs with business goals.

Nice to have

- Experience in facilitating co-design workshops and design thinking

- Experience in designing AI-powered or conversational interfaces

- Experience in running user tests and accessibility assessments

- Knowledge of the financial, banking or insurance sector

- Familiarity with complex design systems, Agile methodology applied to design, and basic HTML/CSS

- Good knowledge of English, written and spoken

What we offer

- An offer tailored to your experience. Your compensation package will be defined based on your professional experience, technical expertise and the level of responsibility associated with the position. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The position is expected to start from the B1 level, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from € 31,000 to € 43,000.
