ResponsabilitàLead prospecting activities including lead generation and qualification
Conduct needs discovery and opportunity qualification
Develop and execute account plans for strategic customers
Design tailored offers and manage quotation processes
Present and demonstrate solutions to customers
Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals
Ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions
Monitor pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and maintain CRM accuracy
Conduct deal reviews, business reviews, and performance reporting
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Support channel partners and agencies to drive growth
Ensure compliance with sales processes
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in OEM or industrial environments
Strong consultative selling skills with experience managing complex sales cycles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Results-driven with a focus on customer value creation
Fluency in Italian and English
