RIMOWA GmbH in Milan is seeking a Client Advisor (full-time) for our Via Verri store from the start of November 2026 to January 10, 2027. You will engage with discerning clients, deliver luxury consultations and support sales, repairs and after-sales communications. Fluent Italian and English are required, with additional languages a plus. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but a strong customer-focus and passion for delivering the best client experience can also count.
