Overview
In this role you accelerate the growth of ZEISS's PIWEB software across EMEA, starting with Italy. You own the full sales cycle and shape the market by engaging cross-functional stakeholders. You translate software capabilities into customer value and build a robust, multi-plant pipeline with internal teams. This position combines strategic outbound selling with complex account management in manufacturing and quality contexts, offering a meaningful impact on data-driven quality and process optimization.

Manage the full sales cycle for the PIWEB software solution
Develop the Italian market and launch Italian-speaking Switzerland for EMEA expansion
Identify new high-potential customers across industrial sectors
Lead complex decision-making with Operations, Quality, IT, Digital, and top management
Apply value-selling to articulate customer benefits of software
Build and manage a multi-plant pipeline in collaboration with pre-sales, application, project management,



and corporate teams
Requisiti fondamentali
8+ years in enterprise software sales related to manufacturing, quality, data, and processes (MES, PLM, QMS, CAQ)
Technical or scientific educational background
Strong knowledge of industrial IT ecosystems (data, traceability, integrations, digital architectures)
Consultative approach and ability to engage diverse stakeholders (COO, CEO, Heads of Operations and Quality, IT Managers)
Team-oriented mindset in projects and client management
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and end-to-end customer management in fast-changing scenarios
Hunter mindset with structured, professional approach
Willingness to take on challenging opportunities in a dynamic environment
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
