We are looking for a data-driven performance marketer who wants to grow with us — and who isn't afraid to move to the mountains to do it.
Based in Bolzano, South Tyrol (one of Europe's most stunning alpine regions), this mid-level role sits at the intersection of paid media, SEO, and analytics.
You'll drive customer acquisition for our emerging brands — Wild Country, LaMunt, Evolv, and Blackroll — and lead performance initiatives in high-potential markets including the United States and Poland.
You'll work closely with external agencies, internal brand teams, and international stakeholders across a fast-moving, multi-brand digital commerce environment.
Tasks & responsibilitiesOwn and coordinate paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate channels — from briefing agencies through to daily performance monitoringAnalyze campaign data daily: spot trends, flag anomalies, identify growth opportunities, and act on themDrive acquisition KPIs — ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate — with a clear focus on measurable outcomesSupport SEO performance across emerging markets: technical and on-page optimization, keyword research, SERP monitoring,



and agency collaborationManage affiliate marketing activities to support revenue and new customer acquisitionBuild weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for internal stakeholdersCollaborate with brand, content, CRM, and creative teams on asset development, ad testing, and landing page optimizationSupport tracking and attribution infrastructure: pixels, events, UTMs, measurement frameworksContribute to A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pagesProfile2–5 years of hands?on experience in digital or performance marketingProficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads — you know your way around a campaign structure and a dashboardSolid understanding of SEO fundamentals: on-page, technical, keyword strategyFluency in performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC — numbers are your native languageStrong GA4 knowledgeBusiness?level English — you'll work in an international environment dailyAn analytical, detail-oriented mindset combined with a proactive attitudeComfort operating across multiple brands, markets, and time zones simultaneouslyNice to haveFamiliarity with the US market — consumer behavior, platforms, seasonalityGoogle Ads or Meta Blueprint certificationsExperience with SEO tools (Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)Looker Studio or comparable BI/reporting toolsA/B testing experienceWhy Bolzano?
