This role plays a strategic role in shaping and delivering REDION's global approach to health, wellbeing and disability programs.This role connects prevention, health management and disability outcomes across our network.
It combines data-driven insight, program design and client advisory to improve employee health, reduce cost drivers and strengthen early intervention and return-to-work outcomes.The role works closely with local insurers, multinational clients and internal teams to ensure that program across our network are innovative, measurable and aligned with global commercial strategy.
It also supports REDION's ambition to position itself as a trusted partner on health and disability risk management.Principal accountabilities (non-exhaustive list)Data Analytics & Insight GenerationAnalyse claims data (health and disability) to identify trends,
