Working alongside the Customer Service team, and in close contact with the Discovery, Product Development and Marketing departments, as Customer Service Specialist you will: Support users via chat and email, answering their questions, solving issues and helping them get the most out of the Docsity platform; Manage requests through our ticketing system, monitoring ticket status and making sure every request is handled promptly; Collect and report user feedback, turning it into concrete suggestions for platform improvements; Contribute to research and discovery activities (user insights, content and market analysis) together with the Discovery team.



Recent graduate or current university student, curious and quick to learn; Some first-hand experience in customer support, even short or part-time, with a basic understanding of how support works; Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in your daily life or studies, and eager to apply them at work; Proficiency in Italian (C1+), English (B2+) and Spanish (B2+); Proactive attitude and willingness to take on tasks beyond support.
