Responsibilities
Support project activities for multifunctional internal and external teams
Assist senior project managers with project documentation and reporting
Coordinate and support customer visits and interactions
Update and maintain project information on Changepoint platform
Draft scope changes and project expansion documents following cost structure guidelines
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently completed Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biological Sciences
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Native or proficient English language skills
Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
Legal authorization to work in Italy
