You will plan and manage in-house tool shop projects, from new injection mold development to repair and maintenance for serial production.
You will drive project planning, cost, and delivery targets while fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvements.
Strong leadership, German and English language skills, and hands-on toolmaking experience are essential.
