Responsibilities
Receive and process client project requirements accurately across internal functions
Define and oversee project scope, timeline, progress tracking, and risk communication
Manage technology transfer interdisciplinary teams and coordinate task assignments
Lead changes and improvements focused on cost savings and cGMP adherence
Support team capability development and materials management
Requirements
Master's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, or related field
0–2 years experience in GMP manufacturing facility or related internship
Basic understanding of technical issues and new product introduction requirements
Knowledge of aseptic product manufacturing (preferred)
Planning, organizing, and risk management skills with technical writing ability
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
