What You Will Do

Guest Experience & Team Leadership

- Create an engaging shopping experience through outstanding guest service.
- Inspire, coach and motivate your team to achieve great results.
- Lead by example, bringing our Culture Essentials to life every day.

Sales & Performance

- Partner with the Shop Manager to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
- Strengthen product knowledge and sales skills through continuous coaching and feedback.
- Use guest insights and sales data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
- Leverage VIP events and guest profiles to maximize revenue and engagement.

Store Operations

- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and high operational standards.
- Oversee administrative activities and ensure stores open and close on time.

Safety & Team Culture

- Promote a safe, respectful and compliant working environment.
- Foster positive team relationships where everyone feels valued and supported.

Who You Are

Required

- Secondary school diploma or higher
- Spoken English at B2 level
- 1–2 years of management experience in retail, in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in people management
- Good communication skills
- Curious, organized and determined

Nice to Have

- Studies in retail or hospitality
- Knowledge of other languages
- Luxury guest experience

Fixed-term, full-time, onboard — average duration 4–6 months CBA signed on 20.11.2020 for shipboard personnel employed by CSCS Salary range:

Salary range

Gross Annual salary starts from 12.849 Euro (8 months out of 12). To that amount shall be added variable items, when applicable.
