ResponsabilitàLead projects and activities across the product lifecycle after release for sales
Coordinate multi-location and cross-functional project teams
Motivate and monitor internal/external resources to meet milestones
Manage project cost, schedule, and objectives within a global setup
Manage interdependencies across cross-functional workstreams to deliver benefits
Ensure project requirements are defined with relevant business units or external resources
Ensure customer value is understood and customer satisfaction managed
Handle change requests, risks, and communication
Oversee product changes and customizations per ABB gate model from request to release for sales
Collaborate with agile teams, operations and sales to meet business cases and customer expectations
Transfer new products from development to operation with complete documentation
Requisiti fondamentaliMaster in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Solid understanding of manufacturing technologies
Proficiency with PLM systems (Windchill), SAP, MS Office, and 2D/3D CAD tools
Excellent command of English; proficient in Italian and English
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate professionally
