Work with clients to coordinate test cycles, align expectations, and drive success in project delivery.
Perform in?depth test analysis and design, ensuring coverage for complex business workflows.
Lead cross?unit collaboration at SimCorp to reduce delivery dependencies and resolve impediments.
Own deviation management from identification through closure, ensuring high quality of defect reporting.
Lead regular client meetings, guiding them through the full testing lifecycle.
Mentor team members, contribute to CoPs, and support continuous development of capability across teams.
Drive knowledge transfer activities, structured training, and cross?team collaboration.
QualificationsSolid understanding of enterprise?level software delivery, SDLC & STLC, and testing quality governance.5+ years of experience in testing, business analysis, or consulting roles on complex/financial systems.
Extensive experience applying Agile frameworks at a project team level.
Experience working in the financial domain, including delivery of testing or consulting activities for financial institutions or enterprise financial platforms.




Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple stakeholders.
Proficient SQL and data analysis expertise.
ISTQB or other relevant qualifications.
Upper?intermediate English or above.
Methodological approach and a solution?focused attitude.
Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as in cross?functional teams.
Leadership skills.

Good at keeping deadlines and working within a tight time schedule.
