Responsabilità
- Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Hitachi systems at customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across electrical, mechanical, and software domains
- Perform preventative maintenance and calibration to ensure reliability
- Provide on-site technical training and guidance to customers
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and support teams to resolve escalations and provide feedback
- Document diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and interactions accurately
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely service
- Follow safety policies and customer site regulations
- Manage spare parts inventory and service tools
- Participate in on-call rotations and travel as required
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years field service engineering experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software components
- Proficiency reading manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time in field-based role
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel
