ResponsibilitiesDevelop the relationship and grow the contract: manage a portfolio of existing clients in Italy.Act as the main liaison between clients and Odoo's internal Business Analysts, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and their translation into effective solutions.Increase customers' adoption of Odoo by supporting existing clients, showcasing new apps, features and updates, and proactively identifying upselling and cross?selling opportunities aligned with their ongoing needs and processes.Negotiate contract renewals, from monthly to multi?year subscriptions.Requirements1?2 years experience as a Sales Account or Sales Consultant.Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1).
Strong relational, communication and negotiation skills.Project Management ability: manage timelines, priorities and deliverables.Stakeholder management: nurture relationships with clients.Nice to havePrevious experience in IT Sales field.Technical curiosity – genuine interest in understanding how our software product and IT solutions work.Active listening – ability to capture both the technical and business needs expressed by prospects.What's great about this job?
