A., for the Radiology Service function within the Radiology Business Unit, is looking for a bright and passionate candidate for the position of Field Service representative.
The purpose of this position is to provide daily service support to customers (both public and private hospitals) during the pre?sales and post?sales phases.
Main Tasks and

Responsibilities:
Perform daily service repairs and maintenance needs for medical device equipment (Contrast Media injectors in Magnetic Resonance, Computerized Tomography, PET, Central Venous, Angiography) to achieve customer satisfaction through excellent service performanceAccurately complete all administrative tasks within established timelinesManage inventory and properly maintain assigned work toolsWork as part of the local team to provide efficient and cost effective servicesPromote and sell service contracts, taking into consideration various customer needsWho you are:Technical High School Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,



Computer Engineering (preferred)2+ years of previous experience in Electro Medical Equipment supportCustomer?focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solvingStrong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work independently in the assigned area and proactively take on additional responsibilitiesExcellent communication skills with effective interpersonal influence and negotiation abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent knowledge of Microsoft OfficeResidence or domicile in Turin or provinces is a plus; candidates from other areas of Piemonte will be considered if fully available for nationwide travelGood knowledge of English (both written and spoken) and Italian mother tongueType of contract: PermanentLocation: Piemonte e Nord?OvestTo attract and retain our talent at Bayer, we are committed to paying compensation based on gender?neutral criteria and in any case on objective, fair and performance?based criteria.
