This role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to handle challenges with professionalism.
Key Responsabilities:
Manage telephone reservations
Welcome customers upon arrival
Escort customers to their reserved tables
Attend to guests' needs (e.g., checkroom service, etc.)
Assist with information requests
At least 1 year of experience in luxury hotels and/or fine dining restaurants
Excellent communication skills
Strong teamwork skills
Determination to achieve goals
Strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt to various situations
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations
Basic Computer-Literacy skills
Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred
