We are seeking a proactive and analytical IT Operations Specialist to join Missoni’s IT Operations Team, supporting the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the company’s business applications and information systems.

The role will involve working on both IT projects and ongoing operational activities, providing support to business users on management applications and collaborating with different departments to understand business needs, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for system optimization.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between the IT function and the business, contributing to the development, maintenance, and evolution of the company's information systems, with a particular focus on Stealth 3000 and PLM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Support: Support the day-to-day activities of the IT Operations Team, ensuring the smooth functioning of business applications and providing assistance to users on management systems;
- Application Maintenance & Evolution: Contribute to ongoing maintenance and development projects involving Stealth 3000 and PLM, supporting the implementation of new functionalities and system improvements;
- Business Requirements & Data Analysis: Manage data collection and analysis activities, liaising with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into functional requirements;
- Cross-functional Process Analysis: Contribute to the analysis and optimization of business processes across different departments,



identifying potential areas for improvement and greater operational efficiency;
- Functional & Architectural Requirements: Support the definition and documentation of functional and architectural requirements for business information systems and digital tools;
- Change Management: Contribute to change management activities related to the introduction and implementation of new information systems and business applications, supporting users throughout the adoption process;
- Business Reporting: Contribute to the management, development, and continuous improvement of corporate reporting tools and processes.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 3–4 years of experience in IT Operations, Business Applications, IT Systems, or a similar role, preferably within structured and international business environments. Experience within a consulting firm or system integrator will be considered a plus;
- ERP Knowledge: Good knowledge of business management applications and ERP systems. Familiarity with Stealth 3000 is mandatory; experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is also relevant;
- Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of key business processes, particularly within Production, Retail, Wholesale, and Planning;
- PLM Knowledge:



Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms and related business processes;
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL and the ability to work with data extraction, analysis, and reporting tools;
- Industry Background: Previous experience in the Fashion & Luxury industry will be considered a plus;
- Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and work effectively according to priorities.
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders at different organizational levels;
- Results Orientation: Proactive, solution-oriented approach, with a strong focus on results, flexibility, and problem-solving;
