* 5+ years of professional experience in Rust, Go or C/C++
* Solid systems-programming background (Linux internals, processes, networking, I/O)
* Experience with eBPF, kernel instrumentation or container runtimes (containerd, CRI-O, Docker) is a strong plus
* Experience building performance-sensitive software for customer infrastructure
* Familiarity with distributed systems and observability/telemetry
* Familiarity with Kubernetes; cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) a plus
