Hardware Engineer – Analogue Electronics & Power Supplies

Location: Milan, Italy

Contract Length: 6 months

Day Rate: €300 per day

Working Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days onsite / 3 days remote per week

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer with a strong background in analogue electronics and power supply design to join a technical engineering team on an initial 6-month contract.

You will work closely with an international engineering team based in Finland, so good English communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on hardware engineering activities with a particular focus on analogue electronics.
- Support the design, development and integration of isolated and non-isolated power supplies.
- Work on analogue signal conditioning and related electronic circuitry.
- Contribute to hardware development involving microcontrollers.
- Support HMI functionality, including LCD display management.




- Collaborate with the wider international engineering team, including colleagues based in Finland.
- Ensure hardware solutions meet relevant technical and electrical requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in hardware engineering and electronic design.
- Strong knowledge of analogue electronics.
- Practical experience with isolated and non-isolated power supplies.
- Experience with analogue signal conditioning.
- Knowledge of microcontrollers.
- Experience with HMI systems and LCD display management.
- Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.

Desirable Skills

- Knowledge of electrical isolation standards and regulations.
- Experience working within an international engineering environment.
