Satispay is seeking a MarTech Lead to turn technology, AI and data into the company’s next growth engine. You’ll lead a team of AI engineers and growth managers, own the roadmap, and scale referral systems and data products. Your day-to-day includes incubating growth features, defining priorities, running experiments, and shipping features that move business metrics. We operate a hybrid model with three days in-office in Lombardy and flexible remote time.
