Main Responsibilities: As a Shift Maintenance Leader at Ferrero , you will manage various activities in the areas of Maintenance, Intervention Planning and Human Resources Management , reporting to the Maintenance Production Unit Manager.
Covering this position, you will coordinate shifts maintenance teams , support interventions and collaborate in the realization of new projects.




You will be responsible for defining, organizing and managing the realization of periodical revision programs, ordinary, extraordinary and soft interventions , while optimizing relative costs in order to achieve production results, both in qualitative and quantitative terms.
You will be responsible for the predictive maintenance scheduling and evaluating on-call requests and prioritising them, as well as ensuring the correct application of safety standards and safe behaviour .
