Overview In this role, you design and deliver customer-focused training that helps Deel clients maximize platform value. You'll run live workshops, create tailored programs for strategic accounts, and support certification and self-serve learning options. You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to translate product knowledge into practical skills.

Expect travel to customer sites to deliver on-site sessions. You join a fast-paced, global SaaS environment shaping how customers learn and adopt Deel's platform.

including travel to sites and events Develop custom training programs with cross-functional partners for strategic accounts and new product rollouts Support customer certification tracks and exams to validate skills Drive training registrations and attendance through targeted outreach and cross-team collaboration Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to keep content aligned with releases and feedback Track metrics like attendance, completion, CSAT, certification rates, and impact on adoption 3+ years in customer education or enablement ~ Proven experience in live instructor-led training for external audiences ~ Experience designing custom training programs ~ Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles ~ Experience with LMS, webinar tools, or certification platforms ~ Analytical mindset for data-driven improvements ~ Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders ~ Ability to travel for customer training engagements (approximately X% of time) ~ Experience in fast-paced SaaS or tech environments ~ Relationship-building with customers and internal partners ~ Learning Management Systems (LMS) ~ Webinar/virtual training tools
