Merywood is a European manufacturer of dietary supplements and personal care cosmetics. We help brands launch and scale their products through a comprehensive private-label, white-label, and contract manufacturing service.

Operating under GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards, we provide end-to-end solutions that cover manufacturing, quality control, regulatory documentation, logistics, and fulfillment.

What You will do

- Managing orders for the production of dietary supplements and cosmetics in Europe;
- Identifying, defining and clarifying product range and volume needs;
- Working actively with current manufacturers: negotiating prices, payment terms and delivery conditions;
- Monitoring prices and analyzing product ranges of dietary supplement and cosmetics manufacturers in Europe;
- Calculating, preparing and placing orders with manufacturers based on requirements from the sales team;
- Assigning and supervising packaging design tasks for the designer;
- Monitoring order fulfillment and shipment deadlines to clients (with data passed to the logistics team);
- Maintaining working documents and reports;
- Organizing and managing claims with manufacturers and suppliers.

What We're looking for
- 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience with dietary supplements and cosmetics in Europe;
- Understanding of contract manufacturing;




- Upper-intermediate or higher spoken and written English (will be tested during the interview);
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.);
- Experience with 1C is an advantage;
- Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and numbers;
- Willingness to grow, strong communication skills and efficiency;
- Knowledge of business etiquette and business correspondence;
- Customer focus;
- Ability to work remotely.
