The role The Business Intelligence Analyst will join the Intelligence Advisory team, working with commercial teams and key accounts to help luxury retailers better understand their customers and make more informed business decisions.

Using extensive international shopper data, the Analyst will identify customer trends, purchasing behaviours and commercial opportunities, translating complex data into actionable insights and bespoke reporting solutions.

This position combines technical data analysis with commercial understanding and stakeholder engagement, offering the opportunity to work with some of the world's leading luxury retailers.

We're looking for someone with a strong analytical background who understands business KPIs and is interested in how data can help inform commercial strategy and business performance.

As Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

- Analyse large datasets to identify customer trends, purchasing behaviours and commercial opportunities.
- Develop bespoke reports and dashboards for luxury retail clients and internal stakeholders.




- Work closely with commercial teams and key accounts to understand business requirements and deliver relevant insights.
- Define KPIs and reporting logic to address commercial questions and support strategic decision-making.
- Extract, prepare and transform data using SQL and BI reporting tools.
- Analyse international shopper profiles and retail performance across different markets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting solutions and improve the quality of insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and support business strategy.

We're looking for:

- 5+ years' experience working as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Experience analysing large datasets and translating findings into meaningful commercial insights.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one BI reporting tool, ideally Tableau or MicroStrategy.
- Intermediate SQL skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience developing reports and delivering insights for external clients.
- Strong commercial understanding, with experience defining and analysing business KPIs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with commercial and technical stakeholders.
- An interest in luxury retail, fashion, travel and consumer behaviour.
- Fluent English.
