In this role, you will support and advance Health, Safety and Environmental processes at the Taranto site, partnering with Production, Maintenance and Engineering to mitigate risks and drive compliance. You will contribute to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems and foster a proactive safety culture. The position offers hands-on risk assessments, incident investigations and practical risk controls in a manufacturing context. You’ll work in a collaborative, global company committed to safety and sustainable energy.
Responsabilità
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of HSE processes across the Taranto site
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance and Engineering to identify, assess and mitigate hazards and risks
- Conduct safety inspections, observations and risk assessments; implement preventive and corrective measures
- Support incident, accident and near-miss investigations including root cause analysis and action follow-up
- Monitor effectiveness and completion of corrective and preventive actions to improve HSE performance
- Contribute to LOTO, machinery safety programs and operational risk controls
- Provide HSE coaching,
training and awareness to promote a positive safety culture
- Support maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Safety, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental or Industrial Engineering)
- 3-5 years of practical HSE experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
- Solid knowledge of Italian HSE legislation, particularly D. Lgs. 81/08
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Knowledge of environmental compliance requirements including AUA, water and wastewater management, and waste management
- ASPP/RSPP qualification
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Hazard identification and risk assessment
- Practical shop-floor safety approach (LOTO, machinery safety, risk control)
- Structured incident and near-miss investigations with root cause analysis
- ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
- Environment-related regulatory compliance (AUA, water and wastewater, waste)
- LOTO implementation and machinery safety programs
