Client Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Creative Director with a strong ArtDirection and Design background to lead and inspire our Milan House creativeteam.Reporting directly to the local CEOs and to the European Chief Creative Officer,this individual will be responsible for driving creative excellence, shaping culture,developing talent, and elevating the overall quality of work.The ideal candidate combines internationally recognized creative credentials withentrepreneurial ambition, digital expertise, leadership maturity, and a strongunderstanding of contemporary culture.

Responsibilities

- Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team ofapproximately 50 people based in Milan.

- Define and uphold the highest standards of creative excellence across allclient work and new business opportunities.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, creativity, and accountability.

- Partner closely with strategy, client leadership, production, and digitalteams to deliver integrated solutions.

- Contribute actively to agency growth through pitches, client development,and thought leadership.

- Act as a senior creative ambassador for the agency within the Italian andinternational creative community.

- Collaborate closely with Group creative leaders

Your Profile

- 15–20+ years of experience within leading creative, design, or integratedagencies.

- Strong background in Art Direction, Design, and Brand Identity.

- Significant expertise in digital, customer experience, content, andemerging technologies.

- Proven experience leading large creative teams and complex clientrelationships.

- International career exposure, ideally within global agency networks ormultinational environments.

- Italian national preferred,



or a candidate with advanced Italian languageskills and a deep understanding of Italian culture, society, and marketdynamics.

- Fluent in English.

- Internationally awarded, with recognition at leading industry competitionssuch as Cannes Lions, Clio, Eurobest, or equivalent.
