As a Junior Civil Engineer at Arup, you contribute to the planning, design and delivery of civil infrastructure across roads, drainage, water networks, and utilities. You join a multidisciplinary Europe South team delivering integrated solutions for Italy, Spain and beyond, with a focus on sustainable, practical designs. You work from feasibility through construction support, coordinating across disciplines and supporting major developments like data centres, energy and urban projects. You will grow your technical skills in BIM-enabled design while collaborating with international colleagues.

Responsabilità

- Support the design and coordination of roads, water-supply systems, fire-water networks, foul sewers, surface-water drainage and dry utility networks from concept to detailed design
- Prepare and support the delivery of road,



utility and drainage design packages for major developments
- Contribute to technical drawings, calculations, models and reports
- Coordinate interfaces across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and BIM disciplines
- Help identify and resolve utility conflicts, design constraints and coordination issues

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Understanding of civil infrastructure design principles gained through study or internships
- 3+ years with, or interest in learning, Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage, AutoCAD or similar design software
- Interest in digital design, BIM and automation in engineering delivery
- Strong problem-solving and clear communication within multidisciplinary, international teams
