- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and support effective service recovery. - Maintain high standards of spa reception presentation, cleanliness, ambience, and organization. - Handle cashiering, billing, payments, guest records, reports, and operational documentation accurately. - Support retail sales and spa revenue through appropriate treatment and product recommendations and upselling. - Coordinate VIP requirements and work closely with Spa, Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, and other resort departments. - Maintain reception supplies and retail displays and support smooth day-to-day spa operations. - Follow resort health, hygiene, safety, and operational standards while contributing positively to teamwork and departmental training.
