The role works closely with product, business and operational teams across the Group to ensure the integrity, accuracy and smooth operation of trading services. /p pRAL starting from 36.000 euro + ticket restaurants + Medical insurance + Pension fund /p pCCNL Credito /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liManage and maintain market reference data, including participant configurations, trading permissions, instrument listings and market permissions. /li liSupport market participants by providing operational assistance and ensuring timely resolution of queries. /li liCollaborate with product and business teams across the Group on market-related initiatives and operational activities. /li liManage specific situations that may impact market activity and contribute to the implementation of appropriate solutions. /li liPerform market surveillance activities in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. /li liCoordinate and manage the member onboarding process, ensuring all operational and technical requirements are met. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and controls. /li /ul h3Profile and competencies /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Finance or a related discipline. /li liTwo to three years of experience within financial markets, trading venues or market infrastructures. /li liGood understanding of fixed income and derivatives markets. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. /li liFluent in written and spoken English.
