Overview

As Management of Change Program Manager, you will lead the MoC transition from the current operating model to the new process and tool environment, partnering with Business and Digital Technology teams to ensure successful process changes, production transitions, and digital solutions with strong governance. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and support adoption of new processes across the organization. Responsabilità

- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of MoC processes and tools across all functions and leadership teams
- Oversee Change/ECR assessments, risk evaluations and mitigation actions
- Lead Enterprise Risk Framework program to identify, assess, and manage business risks
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and address Business Failure Modes
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans with milestones, resources, and mitigations
- Identify critical issues through data analysis and coordinate recovery actions with stakeholders




- Provide regular status updates and escalate critical issues to leadership
- Support Risk Governance through established rhythms and risk reviews
- Maintain Risk Heatmaps and update Risk Priority Numbers (RPNs)
- Contribute to development and deployment of processes/tools to identify emerging risks and preventive actions
- Ensure stakeholder alignment on risks, initiatives and strategic projects

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Engineering or related discipline
- minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Program Management, Quality Management, Digital Transformation or Operational Excellence
- experience in regulated manufacturing, industrial or engineering environments
- strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- ability to translate business and quality requirements into scalable digital solutions and drive user adoption
- strong written and oral communication, and leadership capabilities
- experience in program planning, execution and governance
- knowledge of quality management systems, Agile methodologies and Digital Technology solutions
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement solutions
- fluency in English and Italian
