The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Bolzano e Trento - IT /p h3Accountabilities /h3 pCoordination of service/retrofit activities related to rail vehicle maintenance, resources in the execution of Maintenance activities, with a view to continuous cost/time/quality improvement. /p pManaging the documentation related to ongoing maintenance, the correct flow of use of specific tools and equipment for the performance of Service activities. /p pEnsure the safety of maintenance locations by promoting compliance with current procedures, taking care to report any "non-conformities" to their supervisors.



/p pSupport the enhancement of skills and teamwork by leading the resources on their shift (6/7 h16). /p h3Required Skills/Knowledge /h3 pExperience (1-2 years) in performing and managing maintenance activities, preferably gained in the railroad industry. /p pANSF certifications - National Railway Safety Agency (COCS 30) - to work on train safety organs (preferred). /p h3Education/Qualifications /h3 pHigh school diploma, preferably Technical Expert (Mechanical, Computer, Electronic). /p h3Languages /h3 pProficiency in Italian is mandatory. /p pBasic knowledge of English (written and spoken). /p pAlla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello C3, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale. /p pProponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 31.000 € e 35.000 €. /p pAt Hitachi Rail, there is a place for everyone.
