In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative product ideas from concept to industrialization, ensuring technical feasibility and product quality while supporting the development of your team. /ph3How Your Agenda Looks Like /h3ulliProduct Innovation Development: Manage product innovation and development projects, exploring new product concepts and categories in line with consumer needs, market trends and business opportunities. /liliResearch Innovation: Identify and assess new technologies, ingredients and product solutions, contributing to the development of innovative concepts and future growth opportunities. /liliCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Quality, Operations and other relevant functions to translate product briefs into feasible solutions and ensure alignment throughout the development process. /liliProject Management Industrialization: Coordinate product development activities from concept to industrialization, monitoring project progress and ensuring technical feasibility, product quality and compliance with applicable standards. /li /ulh3Your Team /h3pYou will report directly to the Global RD Director Food. /ph3What Makes You a Great Fit /h3ulliEducation: Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related scientific field. /liliWork Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in RD and product development within the food industry,



ideally including experience in product innovation and the development of new product categories. /liliTechnical Skills: Strong expertise in food product development and RD processes.
